These are the Chinese Stinky, I mean Sticky Ribs. I think they actually would've been good if the recipe wouldn't have said to cook them for so long. (And if I didn't go downstairs to polyurethane doors while they were cooking.) I set the timer and got to work. I think if I had been by the kitchen and had been able to smell them start burning I could've saved them. I doubt I'll try them again though...I'll just let Scott keep grilling them to perfection.At least there was ice cream in the freezer to have chocolate malts for dessert!
