Today we took the boat out for the first time this summer and had lunch on the lake. I made a strawberry spinach salad for lunch. It's a popular recipe but I'm going to share it just incase you haven't tried it. It's delish....Scott even think so!Strawberry Spinach Salad
washed and dried spinach leaves
sliced strawberries
feta crumbles
slivered almonds
poppyseed dressing
Combine and enjoy!
