I was asked about the Lasanga Rolls on last week's menu. They were a new recipe I tried out last week. They were ok but I will probably never make them again. Same with the French Apple Muffins. The kids thought they were good but they weren't worth the work. The Strombolli though was a hit with everyone and will be made again and again and it is such an easy recipe to change up with different fillings inside. That's another thing I love about menu planning - actually trying out so many of the new recipes I have marked in cookbooks and have printed off from the internet.
