The pantry door got left open just enough so that Ava could break in and get to the ginger snaps this morning. We caught her right away after she'd pulled her first cookie from the box. She just looked at us and said 'Cookoo'. I couldn't help but take a few pictures while she enjoyed a couple of cookoos. It's time to rearrange the pantry shelves and put the stuff that she can't get into on the lower shelves and put the good stuff up high!

ginger snap theif
The pantry door got left open just enough so that Ava could break in and get to the ginger snaps this morning. We caught her right away after she'd pulled her first cookie from the box. She just looked at us and said 'Cookoo'. I couldn't help but take a few pictures while she enjoyed a couple of cookoos. It's time to rearrange the pantry shelves and put the stuff that she can't get into on the lower shelves and put the good stuff up high!

I love "cookoos" too!
When we moved into this house my youngest (about 18 months) was obsessed with being able to get to the pantry. She was constantly bringing me cans of vegetables, soup, and anything else she could reach. That's one of the main reasons the baby gate got moved from the hallway to the kitchen doorway.
Funny! She has the right idea, doesn't she?!
Claire is always in the pantry! Cookies are her favorite, too! She will go to the pantry and tell me that we need to make cookies for Da-day (that's how she says Daddy;little bit of a southern accent going on there:o) Ava is so cute, she looks like she got exactly what she wanted! Aren't they fun?!
