wfmw: teach your kids to make your coffee

Yes, that's right! They'll think it's fun. It only took a minute to show Thomas just how I like my cup of coffee - two sugar cubes, a splash of milk (or half and half, if we have it) and give it a stir. He always serves it with that sweet smile and checks in now and then to see if I need a refill. It's a good thing Scott only brews enough coffee for us to each have two cups. I'd drink way too much otherwise. Yes, that's right...I don't even have to brew my own coffee either. I'm spoiled. :)

Hi! That looks so sweet. I don't drink coffee but I saw your blog title (MN Mama) at Rocks in my Dryer and I wanted to visit as I too am a MN Mama.

Can he come to my house?

Because today looks like a two-coffee-pot kind of day. The rain has begun.

We've taught the 8 year old how to brew a pot of coffee, but he just won't do it...

I'm minnesotamamma.blogspot and had to check you out! My mom always made us make her iced tea. My kids know how to brew a pot of coffee, but they make such a mess out of it that it isn't worth it to me! Maybe someday...

My coffee is always made in the morning also by hubby. It's great to come down and smell that wonderful aroma and know that my first cup is just a couple of steps away. Your son is a cutie.

Ahh such a big helper :) My problem is Jevan likes to drink my coffee... and I drink it black no sugar. The only thing I put in is a splash of water. Can you imagine a 5 yo drinking coffee?? I really have to keep an eye on him! LOL

My sweet DS learned how to make me tea after one of my surgeries. Now if he is in the spoiling mom mood he always offers tea (and I had better accept it! LOL)

Isn't that LIFE CHANGING! When my little sister in law (10) is here- and she is now- I get my coffee brought to me too! PERFECT!
