planting an apple orchard

Last week I bought a couple of bags of Gala apples and put them in a bowl on the table and told the kids they could have one whenever they wanted one. They are small apples, just their size, and they have ate half of them already. Elle has been saving all of the seeds from the apples she eats and has planted them in the one part of the yard that doesn't have grass yet. She said she is planting an apple orchard and that she will share the apples with me.
