good bye to summer
With 50's in the forcast I think 'good bye to summer' is an appropriate name for this post. Yikes! That is going to seem chilly. I really do love fall and seeing the leaves change to brillant red, yellows and oranges. We are surrounded by trees so it is especially gorgeous but I also know that winter is just around the corner now. And winter I do not love!

After the heat wave we've had here, I am ready for cooler temps...but not that cool!
Like you, I think fall weather is so nice, but I find it hard to enjoy because it means winter is coming. :(
I hate winter. Hopefully we'll have a gradual transition into the next season.

After six years in California, I'm not so hot on winter anymore. But, there's not fall in CA either (at least not where I was), so I am really looking forward to a nice fall.
And it looks like you enjoyed your summer which is what counts - you'll have to look back at your pics when winter is getting you down.
