Ava has been surprising us lately with new words that she is saying. Today while we were eating lunch Elle asked Ava if she wanted some icecream and Ava actually said 'yes'. She has always just nodded her head for yes. It took Elle by surprise and she started laughing and then said, 'Mom, Ava's almost a human being now!' That's when I started laughing!
So of course we had to get out the icecream and have a little, even though that wasn't part of the plan!
