Peaches

This is what I worked on for awhile this afternoon. I made enough frozen peach pie filling for 4 pies. I thought about mixing up a crust to bake one up for tonight but ran out of time. The peaches were super sweet so the filling should be pretty tasty.... hopefully I don't wreck the crust! I was going to take a picture of the finished filling but my camera wouldn't work. :(

We had a good school day today. We are finally getting back in to our routine and were able to get every subject done by lunchtime. After lunch my friend Stephanie and her two kids, Zack and Lexi, came over for a couple of hours. It was so nice outside that we made a pitcher of lemonade and sat on the porch and visited while the boys played spies, the girls played dress-up and Ava Mae napped.
