We're Going on a Bear Hunt is one of Ava's favorite books. She has it mostly memorized and loves to make all the fun sounds.
As soon as we get to the page where the family gets to the cave she always stops me to tell me that there is a bear in there. And her reaction is always the same after they tiptoe into the cave and find the bear. She yells 'It's a Bear!' and puts her hand over her mouth like she can't believe it. So sweet.

She is adorable!
Can I see your wall with the plates? It looks so pretty, and I'm in decorating mode here since we just moved.
Do you have the song for that book? My kids love the book and when I was student teaching I had a cd with the bear hunt song on it. It is fun to use the song and actions together. I think she would enjoy it.

I don't have the song for the book but will have to look for it. Ava would love it!
That is too precious! I love how my kids still love it when we read to them...even though they are getting older...two can read on their own. :)
